The BADC's trip Cody, Wyoming will take place July 21-25. Thank you for registering! Your non-refundable fee can either be credited to your room stay, or be considered a (tax-deductible) donation towards Heart Mountain's educational purposes.

LOCAL AIRPORTS:
The two closest airports are Cody Yellowstone Regional Airport (COD) and Billings Logan International Airport (BIL). Once you have purchased you flights, please send your flight numbers and departure/arrival times to Eva Petersen at evap@heartmountain.org
LODGING:
Please call the Cody Holiday Inn (Blair Hotels) at 307-587-5555 to reserve your room. Mention "Heart Mountain" to get our discounted rate. In the event that the Holiday Inn reaches capacity, Blair Hotels will make you a reservation at either the Comfort Inn or Buffalo Bill Villages, both of which are on the same campus as the Holiday Inn. In order to enjoy our full slate of programming, plan to check in on July 21st and check out July 25th.
TRANSPORTATION:
There will be shuttle service for the duration of the weekend, including to and from the airport. This makes it possible to enjoy the entire trip without a rental car.
